  • Service fees charged by Voylux Travels are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, except when the airline issues a full involuntary refund.
5. No-Show Policy

If a passenger fails to check in or board the flight without a prior cancellation, the ticket may be marked as a "no-show." In such cases, refund eligibility (if any) is determined solely by the airline's fare rules.

6. Partially Used Tickets

For tickets where travel has already begun, any refundable value is calculated by the airline based on the unused segments of the trip and applicable fare conditions.

7. Flight Changes and Modifications
